You’ll find that all independent operators have various revenue-share programs to offer.

Many are offering an “escalating commission schedule” which pays a minimum of 20% of the revenue (less state tax – if applicable), and up to 35%, depending on the usage at your location.

This arrangement ensures that if your location supports high usage, both the operator and you, share in the profits. On the other hand, you'll know up front that if the usage is not high, you will still receive 20%.
